How to access the application?
After purchasing the App, log in using the info provided in the welcome email.
Can I cancel my subscription later on?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Just contact our support team for more information.
Does Gainup guarantee profits for the user?
Trading in the FOREX market involves a high-risk level, and no information contained in this product should be interpreted as a guarantee of positive results.
How to integrate your trading account into the application?
Click on connect account and enter the data received in your Broker's welcome email; Account ID, server and your password.
Can I have more than one account connected to the Gainup application?
No, at the moment, the user can only connect one account to the application.
How to open a Broker account?
Click on the account opening link sent in the Gainup welcome email. If you already have an account, open an additional one after clicking on the link.
Why can't I connect my account to the application?
Make sure you opened the account after clicking on the link sent in the Gainup welcome email.
Which Brokers can I connect to the application?
At the moment, Gainup only works with Brokers of the FOREX market. If you do not see your server in the application, please contact our support team.
Do I need to have balance in my account to use the application?
You can access the Gainup application and have access to our trading signals, news and educational material without balance. However, it is necessary to have balance in your account to begin following a Trader.
Can I use any account type in the Gainup application?
Currently, we only offer Traders with Standard and Micro accounts to be followed in the application.
Can I install the App on the PC, tablet and mobile phone?
At the moment, we only have the version on the mobile phone.

Can I be a Trader on the Gainup App?
Contact our support to find out about our future possibilities in how to become a Trader with Gainup.
How to follow Traders?
Access the application, choose your favourite Trader, make sure you have the minimum capital required, select the lot management and press follow.
How long does it take for copied trades to be executed in my account?
Trades are normally executed in less than a second from the moment the Trader executes his/her trade.
Can I follow more than one Trader?
Yes, check that your margin is sufficient and that your account has the minimum capital required for each Trader.
Can I stop following a Trader?
Yes, but open positions will not be closed automatically. If you wish to close them, access your Broker's platform.
Can I change the account connected to the application?
Yes, please contact our support team.
I can't see the balance of opened positions on the App.
Currently, only the balance of closed positions is expressed in the App. For open positions, check your Broker's platform.
Where can I check my open positions that have been copied?
Click on the "Positions" icon at the bottom of the App.
How do I check my positions history?
Click on the "history" icon at the bottom of the App.
How does the "auto lot management" functionality work?
When selected, this function calculates the lot size proportionally to yours and the Trader's account size.
Can I control my limits for gains and losses?
Yes, the App has the functionality of "capital management", to select your equity limits for gains and losses.
Can I select which instruments to copy?
Yes, the App has the functionality that allows the user to control which assets (or instruments) he/she wants to follow for each Trader.
How does the "Close Only" functionality work?
When this functionality is ON, new positions will not be copied. But if you have any open positions, they will be closed when the Trader chooses to close them respectively.
